As the new Director of Operations, Ben is bringing 36 years of professional and operational experience. He has worked with several Global Design Firms and local midsize firms in regional leadership roles that have mentored and empowered him to maintain long-term client relationships and guide his teams and companies to professional and financial success.

Ben has significant experience in retail, multi-family, adaptive reuse, industrial, distribution, interiors, hospitality, and government design on the professional side and many years of management and operational leadership on the administrative side of architecture.  He has always developed strong client and staff relationships by being a strong leader and trusted advisor. Communicating well, honesty, teaching, learning, and accountability have been tenants of his career.

Ben is a licensed Architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds an NCARB certification. He has served on numerous boards including chair of his local planning board, board member of his local Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Treasurer of the local Retail Design Institute, and Treasurer of his church.
