As the new Director of Operations, Ben is bringing 36 years of professional and operational experience. He has worked with several GlobalDesign Firms and local midsize firms in regional leadership roles that have mentoredand empowered him to maintain long-term client relationships and guide histeams and companies to professional and financial success.

Ben has significant experience in retail, multi-family,adaptive reuse, industrial, distribution, interiors, hospitality, andgovernment design on the professional side and many years of management andoperational leadership on the administrative side of architecture.  He has always developed strong client andstaff relationships by being a strong leader and trusted advisor. Communicatingwell, honesty, teaching, learning, and accountability have been tenants of hiscareer.

Ben is a licensed Architect in the Commonwealth ofMassachusetts and holds an NCARB certification. He has served on numerousboards including chair of his local planning board, board member of his localAffordable Housing Trust Fund, Treasurer of the local Retail Design Institute,and Treasurer of his church.
