Charlie brings a diverse knowledge base to EMBARC, with nearly 5 years experience in multi-family, workforce housing, student housing, and historic preservation, which follow 9 years spent in sales and account management roles at cleantech firms in Boston. He is an enthusiastic and dependable collaborator, dedicated to advancing sustainable and timeless designs that help to shape vibrant spaces for occupants and clients.

Prior to joining EMBARC, Charlie spent 7 years in Denver, CO where he earned a Master of Architecture at the University of Colorado, and cut his teeth at firms that are helping shape this booming metropolitan region for the next generation of Coloradans.

Charlie is a Registered Architect and is NCARB certified. He received a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado, Denver, where he spent a summer semester in Helsinki, Finland studying architecture and landscape design. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Environmental Studies from Boston College.

Outside of the office, Charlie likes to spend as much time outdoors with his husband and their dog as he can, whether that's up in the mountains hiking or skiing, or spending warmer days exploring the coast of Maine.
