Stephen has more than 25 years of experience delivering commercial, multi-family residential, and student housing projects, with a focus on leading contract document production. As an early adopter of BIM technology, he has been instrumental in helping firms develop strategies for utilizing BIM throughout all project phases—from conceptual master planning for large-scale developments to construction administration.

In recent years, Stephen has led construction administration on two award-winning luxury senior housing projects and derives great satisfaction from helping to create vibrant and engaging communities that support and enrich the lives of the people who call them home.

Stephen is originally from the Boston area and studied architecture at Boston Architectural College.

In his free time, he enjoys the natural beauty of Outer Cape Cod.
