The design strategy of the exterior façade consists of a series of repeating, two-story frames that march along North Beacon Street, creating a rhythm to break down the block and to relate to the surrounding residential homes south of the site. Within this framework, variety is created through intermediate tones between frames, shiplap colors, exposures, window spacing, and recessed balconies.Warmer wood tones are introduced at the pedestrian-accessible elements, including the main building entry and the private ground floor entrances for residents.
