Working with the home owners and interior design firm Koo De Kir, Embarc’s role was to help transform this run down brownstone located in the heart of South End to a home fit for any to enjoy! Particular attention was spent on the details and design of the new custom made wood and glass rear bay, which included full approvals by the South End Landmarks Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.
