Nestled into the hill at the transition between commercial and residential, the Embarc team took great care as a result of extensive neighborhood textural analysis to incorporate and elevate both existing architectural elements.We have utilized the neighborhood’s extensive use of bays to create rhythm, brick detailing, ornamental cornice profiles, and plank siding at varying exposures.
