Allston Post is a new 170-unit rental apartment building located in the heart of Allston Village. The project will revitalize a stretch of Harvard Avenue that is currently used mainly for parking lots with numerous curb cuts. The project will reconstruct the public way, creating widened sidewalks with street trees and furnishing in compliance with the City of Boston’s Complete Streets Program.The new building will provide commercial space on the ground floor, continuing the uses typical of this stretch of Harvard Avenue. The residential floors will feature a mix of unit sizes and provide significant outdoor amenity spaces for the residences in the form of south-facing amenity roof decks and exterior fitness spaces.
