This single family home located right on the waters edge had significant flood damage due to a pipe leak. This promoted the opportunity to completely re-imagine the structure, turning a once compartmentalized layout from the 70’s, into a home with graciously connecting spaces for this family to join.A garage was designed in place of an old greenhouse allowing us to shift the driveway to the west, and increasing view to the water on the east.
