Located at the corner of Union Park and Shawmut Ave, this project underwent a lengthy process both through Zoning Board of Appeals and the Landmark’s Commission to gain approvals for a rear extension in the historic neighborhood of the South End. Designed deliberately in a more modern aesthetic, the addition’s goal is to compliment the traditional Greek Revival existing building rather than trying to mimic it.
