It successfully navigated the approval process, gaining approval from the Planning Board, ZBA, Conservation Commission, and the Historic Commission. This waterfront property comprises four floors of residences atop two levels of garage parking. The design includes roof terraces with water views, and residents will have direct access to the waterfront and the adjacent walking path.
