Our team has received unanimous approval from the Norwood Planning Board for our project at 83 Morse Street. This development by Cathartes will add 146 units of housing, including 29 affordable units, to the Norwood Space Center.The new residences will help bring even more energy to this rehabilitated mill complex, which includes a brewery, vintage store, coworking spaces, theater, and pottery studio. We are leaving some of the old mill machinery in place, transforming them into landscape elements along the Neponset River, thus creating a significant public benefit for the town.
