Embarc has been engaged to design a boutique hotel with 68 keys and two future ground floor retail or restaurant space. Our team will take this project through an extensive restoration and rehabilitation that will meet historic tax credit criteria. A new entrance into the hotel lobby and cafe will be in the abutting addition which is a contemporary intervention in juxtaposition to the traditional character of the revitalized 1875 landmark.
