Embarc’s client, City Realty purchased a collection of 5 sites in the Allston neighborhood along Cambridge Street also known as the Jack Young portfolio. We strategically obtained a single Article 80 large project approval for 6 buildings (5 new ground up, and 1 restoration of the “Allston Hall”) creating over 340 units of housing consisting of a mixture of rental and condominiums with affordable and live-work units.In addition, there is over 20,000 SF of retail space at grade.
