A mixed-use development in Dover, New Hampshire, the project creates a large expansion to the existing downtown fabric of the southern New Hampshire city. The 6 stand-alone buildings, along with a cluster of townhouses, will incorporate a number of architectural styles that will both relate to the city as it exists today and allow the city to expand into the future.
