Embarc teamed up with YES to design their new headquarters in JP. The modern 16,000sf 3-story building will support YES’ eclectic youth outdoor program, complete with a ground level ski shop, climbing wall, and over 3,000sf of flexible indoor activity space.On the same site, a 4 story / 9 unit brick building for Watermark folds through the side, creating setback relief from the street and allowing the SW Corridor Park to extend through the site, adding a sense of privacy for its residents.
