Our team is working on transforming the former Steeplegate Mall in Concord, New Hampshire, which was abandoned in 2022, into a vibrant mixed-use community that integrates residential, retail, and entertainment elements. The original mall, built in 1990, encompasses 563,500 square feet, with an additional 27,300 square feet dedicated to a cinema.

The proposed development includes three multi-story apartment buildings offering approximately 600 residential units. These buildings are designed to provide modern, comfortable living spaces with a variety of amenities that cater to different lifestyles.
